Whilst the majority of our customers are large, corporate organisations, we also cater for medium-sized businesses with more modest budgets. It is very difficult to give a typical budget that covers all projects as it very much depends on the type and scale of the project in question. The first step would be to have an initial meeting with all the necessary people from your organisation. At this point, we provide you with an estimate based on your specifications and requirements. Should the estimate be agreeable, we will then propose a few designs for your retail or office premises, allowing you to select your preferred option and make any necessary amendments. From this finalised design, we will produce a project plan with clearly defined deliverables and timescales, as well as a final quote. Finally, sit back and watch your project materialise before your eyes!

Generally, we manage the entire project. Working with an established team, where all the individuals are working towards the same goal, does tend to make it easier to co-ordinate diaries and work. We can however work with your existing builders and suppliers if required. Our involvement would still be completed to the same high standards, but the overall project can take slightly longer when accommodating a variety of contractors.

Absolutely. Although we generally work on the whole fitting, if you are working to a tight deadline, we are always happy to work on particular bespoke aspects of your build if appropriate.

Yes. On some occasions, we are commissioned to layout and install more standard, off-the-shelf fittings. Usually however, companies approach us because of the superior, bespoke nature of our work, ensuring a perfect fit, whatever the size and shape of your premises.

Over the years, we’ve worked on all manner of tasks. A standard fitting however, would tend to include building works, windows, doors, plastering, partitioning, tiling, painting, flooring, upholstery, joinery, point-of-sales products and signage, as well as all the necessary electrics and plumbing.

We have many years experience of working on retail and commercial fittings. As a result, we have learnt what works, what doesn’t and the space required for particular ideas. When you work with us you have access to all the advice and guidance you need to ensure that your project is a success, as well as 3-dimensional CAD diagrams to give a clear indication of the final look.

Everything from your standard ‘fixes’ such as internal décor, plumbing and electrics, right through to specialised renovation of listed properties and completely new builds. We do renovation and build work for both commercial and domestic buildings.
